The mobile device manufacturers are using flash memory chips owing to their durability and reliability in terms of data storage.
The key vendors in the global 3D NAND flash market include Samsung Electronics, Micron Technology, Toshiba, and Intel. With the advancement in NAND flash technology to 3D NAND, OEMs are expected to launch many products using 3D NAND. For instance, Apple is expected to launch a new model in its MacBook series that will be using Samsung 3D V-NAND for data storage.
