London, 11 July 2015 – Technavio, a tech-focused research firm, has published a new report on the global ad spending market, which is expected to grow at a CAGR of more than 6% from 2015-2019.

According to the latest report by Technavio, the availability of television and radio in rural areas has helped organizations promote their products and services to rural audiences through advertisement. The use of mobile devices and their increased connectivity in both urban and rural areas is also encouraging organizations to opt for mobile advertising.

“More and more organizations are choosing advertising as a medium to reach the masses. Advertising via mobile and even TV is cost-effective and allows brands to reach a large number of people in an effective manner,” says Faisal Ghaus, Vice President of Technavio.

The new Technavio report also emphasizes a growing number of platforms available for advertising. As the number of channels grows, the future of advertising is promising and it also gives brands various choices of medium to reach their target audience.

“The mobile platform is growing at an exponential rate with the growing number of mobile devices, availability of economical mobile data plans, and the growing number of mobile apps,” says Ghaus.
